A little insight

To me it is just our way of life. Far, far away I try to keep my family and friends updated on the "little" things that keep our lives exciting.

BRRR!

It is 73* and breezy, and we are all freezing! I guess we adjusted to the tropical weather ok huh? This morning at the bus stop all of the kids had on jeans and/or jackets. Cheara thought it was going to be to cool to wait for the bus! I am going to have to go put pants on :)

Happy Halloween

Halloween is always so much fun. The kids love it, and I love to see how excited they get. Dustin dressed up with his friend at the end of the cul-de-sac and they handed out candy and scared kids. I thought I got a picture of him, but my camera battery was dead. Corri ran out of the house like her butt was on fire so I didnt get a picture of her either. She got dressed up with a bunch of other girls and they went walking around. She went to a couple of houses with me and Cheara and Landon since her friends had to eat dinner first. Then she ditched us for the rest of the night. Cheara was a cheerleader. That was super easy since we still have Corri's old cheer uniform. Landon was Dumbo, he was too cute. We ended up having to borrow a costume from the neighbor. I am glad that lady saves all of her kids costumes. I didnt realize until we were out walking around that Halloween didnt cost me a penny this year. That was awsome, to bad I cant get away with that for Christmas!!! The two little ones had fun, I think. Landon didnt know what to think, but he did get a thank you out at almost every house. Cheara was a little skiddish at first, maybe because her dad thinks it is so much fun to try and scare her. He has been telling her about bats and witches for weeks and she wasnt even going to go trick or treating. Did you notice who I said went trick or treating? Cheara, Landon and ME!!! Do you see that Dad is not there? He was out in the jungle trying to find his way out!! They scheduled him for stupid training that they know lasts into the night on Halloween. UGHH!! He got home around 8:00, the kids were done trick or treating, had thier baths and were already laying down. Oh well, it could be worse.
